Ordering, paying and delivery. The questions that come up most.
Do I need an account to order?
- No. Add what you need to your cart, enter a delivery address and a phone number at checkout, and place the order as a guest. An account is optional and only keeps your orders in one place.
How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery, or a bank transfer. With cash on delivery you pay the courier the total shown on your confirmation when the order reaches you. With a bank transfer the account details are shown at checkout and on your confirmation, and we dispatch once the payment arrives. There are no card payments on the site, so no card details are collected or stored.
How much is delivery?
- Free over Rs 5,000.00, a flat Rs 250.00 below that. The charge is shown in your cart before you check out, and can differ by payment method.
Is the stock shown on the site accurate?
- Yes. Availability comes from the live warehouse figure for each size or pack, and stock is reserved for your order the moment it is placed, so an item cannot be sold twice while yours is being packed.
What happens after I place an order?
- You get an order number in the form PZ-YYYYMMDD-XXXX and a confirmation page listing what you bought, the delivery address and the total. The courier then calls the phone number you gave to arrange delivery.
Can I see my order again later?
- Your confirmation page stays reachable from the browser you ordered in. The order number alone will not open it. That is deliberate, because the number is short enough to guess and the page shows your name, phone number and address.
Can I change or cancel an order?
- Get in touch with your order number as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled before it is delivered, and the items go straight back into stock. Because payment is on delivery, a cancelled order costs you nothing.
What if something is wrong with my order?
- Contact us with the order number and describe the problem. Damaged goods, a missing item or the wrong size are all worth telling us about. The formal returns policy is still being finalised, so cases are handled individually.
Do different sizes have different prices?
- Yes. Each size or pack is priced separately, and the product page shows the price of the option you have selected rather than only the cheapest one.
