Shipping and delivery

• Orders of Rs 5,000.00 or more: free delivery.
• Orders below Rs 5,000.00: a flat Rs 250.00, whatever the size of the order.

The charge is shown in your cart before you check out and again on the order summary, and it can differ by payment method. Nothing is added after that step.

Pay cash on delivery, handing the courier the total shown on your confirmation when the parcel reaches you, or by bank transfer to Meezan Bank Limited, Muhammad Zargham Khan. The account number and IBAN are shown at checkout and on your confirmation, and a transfer order is dispatched once the payment arrives.

There are no card payments on the site, so no card details are collected or stored.

You receive an order number in the form PZ-YYYYMMDD-XXXX and a confirmation page listing what you bought, the delivery address and the total. Keep that number: it is what identifies your order when you get in touch.

Stock is reserved for your order the moment it is placed, so an item cannot be sold twice while yours is being packed.

Delivery areas and timings are confirmed per order rather than published here. Courier terms have not been finalised, and printing an estimate before there is one would be a promise nobody has made. Ask on the contact page if you need to know before ordering.
