Before you book
Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
No. The form sends us a request with the date and time you would prefer. Our team then contacts you to confirm the visit, or to agree a different time if that slot is not available.
What does a visit cost?
Where a service shows a starting price, that is the least it costs; the final price depends on your pet's size, coat and condition. Where no price is shown, we quote when we confirm the appointment, before anything is booked.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Fill in the form as a guest with a phone number we can reach you on. If you are signed in, the request is kept with your account as well.
Which areas do you cover?
Tell us your area or city on the form. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so when we call rather than leave you waiting.
What if my pet is nervous or has a health condition?
Use the notes on the form to tell us about behaviour, allergies, medication or anything else we should know before we arrive. It helps us send the right person and plan the visit.
