Terms

Formal terms of sale have not been published yet, and nothing on this page is offered as a contract. It describes how ordering actually works today. The binding terms will replace this text when the business publishes them.

All prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown in full on the product page, in your cart and at checkout. Delivery is added as a separate line before you confirm. See the shipping page. The total you confirm is the total the courier collects.

Every figure is recalculated from our own records when the order is placed. Whatever a browser sends is ignored, which is what stops a price being altered in transit.

Availability is the live stock figure for each size or pack. Placing an order reserves those items immediately, so two people cannot be sold the same last unit. If an item sells out while you are checking out, the order is refused rather than accepted and quietly short-shipped.

Orders are cash on delivery. Placing an order creates it in our system with a number of the form PZ-YYYYMMDD-XXXX; payment happens when the courier hands the parcel over. An order may be cancelled before delivery, in which case the stock returns to the shop and, since nothing has been paid, there is nothing to refund.

Product descriptions, images and prices are kept as accurate as we can make them. If you spot something wrong, telling us through the contact page is genuinely useful.
