From Mera's finest fit range, this is the dry food for kittens. It is meant for the first year, when a young cat is growing and eats more for its size than an adult does. Three bag sizes are available: 1.5 kg, 4 kg and 10 kg.
Feeding
Start with small meals spread through the day, three or four for a very young kitten, and ease down to two by the time it is about six months old. Follow the age chart on the bag for amounts. Change foods gradually, over a week or so. At around a year old, most cats can move to an adult recipe such as finest fit Indoor.
Choosing a size
For one kitten, 1.5 kg or 4 kg is plenty. The 10 kg bag is aimed at breeders, rescues and homes with a litter. Keep whichever you choose sealed and dry.
