Meravital is the veterinary line from Mera, and the Renal recipe is the dry food in that line made for cats with kidney problems. It is sold in 750 g and 3 kg bags. Order it once your vet has told you a renal diet is right for your cat.
Feeding
A kidney diet is normally fed for the long haul and as the only food, so check with your vet before giving anything on the side. Change foods slowly, over ten days if needed, and start with the 750 g bag to see whether your cat accepts it. Daily amounts by weight are on the bag. Because this is a dry food, water matters even more than usual: keep several bowls around the house and refill them every day.
Storage
Reseal the bag after each meal and store it somewhere cool and dry.
