For adult cats whose owners want a food made with the urinary tract in mind, Royal Canin offers Urinary Care. This is an everyday dry food, separate from the brand's Urinary S/O veterinary diet, and we sell it in a 2 kg bag.
Good to know
If your cat has already had a urinary problem, or your vet has prescribed a diet, stay on what the vet chose. Urinary Care is a regular shop food and should not be swapped in for a prescription one without asking. Signs such as straining in the tray, crying while urinating or blood in the urine need a vet promptly.
Feeding and storage
The daily portion for your cat's weight is on the bag. Mix it into the previous food over about a week. Water matters for cats on any urinary food, so offer several bowls or a fountain and refresh them daily. Seal the bag and store it cool and dry.
It is listed with our other dry cat food. Prescription options are under veterinary diets, and there is more Royal Canin food across the shop.
