Taste of the Wild High Prairie Puppy

High Prairie Puppy is the puppy recipe in Taste of the Wild's grain-free line. It is a dry food for dogs that are still growing, and it comes in 2 kg and 12 kg bags.

Which bag

Start with the 2 kg if your puppy has never eaten it, or if you have a small breed that eats very little. Bigger puppies empty a small bag in days, and for them the 12 kg is the practical choice once you know the food agrees with them.

Feeding a puppy

Puppies need several small meals a day, and the amounts by age and expected adult weight are on the bag. Introduce the food over about a week by mixing it with what the breeder or shelter was feeding. Most dogs move to adult food at around a year old, while large breeds keep growing for longer and switch later. Always leave clean water out.
