Feeding
Neutered cats put on weight easily, so measure the food instead of filling the bowl. Use the table on the bag, which goes by age and weight, and weigh your kitten every few weeks to check you are on track. Your vet can tell you when to start after surgery. Make the switch from the previous kitten food over roughly a week. Water should be available all day.
Storage
Reseal the bag after every meal, or decant it into a tub with a tight lid, and keep it away from heat and damp.
