Feeding it
Give the amount your vet sets, using the table on the bag as a cross-check for your dog's weight. Ask whether to switch over gradually across a week or to change at once, because vets sometimes want a prescription diet started straight away. While the dog is on it, keep biscuits, chews and table food out of the picture unless the vet has cleared them. Keep fresh water down and let the dog out often.
Storage and size
